1) The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000 meters.
2) The operating environment temperature range is -5℃ to +40℃, and the average temperature value within 24 hours does not exceed + 35℃. The storage environment temperature range is -25℃ to +55℃, and it can reach +70℃ in a short period (within 24 hours).
3) The relative air temperature at the installation site shall not exceed 50% when the surrounding air temperature is +40℃. At lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity can be present. For example, when the average minimum temperature in the wettest month is + 20℃, the monthly average maximum relative humidity for that month can reach 90%. Appropriate measures should be taken to prevent condensation due to temperature changes.
4) Pollution level 3 (conductive contamination, or dry non-conductive contamination becomes conductive due to condensation). The ATS can be installed vertically or horizontally inside the cabinet. If there are special installation requirements, please contact our company.
5) Over voltage category: Class III for the main circuit; Class II for the control and auxiliary circuits.
6) The protection level of the product shell is IP30.
7) Over voltage category: Class III for the main circuit; Class II for the control and auxiliary circuits.
Important Notes
Manual/automatic operation can ensure the on/off performance of electrical operation, but in manual operation, due to the different on/off speeds of the operator, this cannot be guaranteed. In manual operation, excessive silver alloy loss may occur. Therefore, the selector switch can be pulled to the manual position only after all power sources have been cut off to inspect and maintain the operating system and contact information. Usually, please pull the selector switch to the electric position. When manual operation is required, pull the selector switch to the manual position. After manual operation is completed, pull the selector switch from the manual position to the automatic position. The control circuit TSE is immediately energized. After the conversion is completed, the internal switch will damage the coil in the control circuit, and the coil can operate normally under 85% - 110% of the rated operating voltage. A too low input voltage may cause the coil to heat up and burn out.
Before installation and wiring, please ensure that professionals have read this manual.
Before installation, please check the integrity of the ATS. Then turn on the ATS with the operating handle, check the flexibility of the operating mechanism, and check the open and closed states of each phase as well as the loads of the normal power supply and the backup power supply.
Please equip the ATS with appropriate circuit breakers in accordance with the installation requirements of the distribution system to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
Maintenance
Maintenance and inspections should be carried out by professionals. Before cutting off all power sources. To ensure the good performance of the ATS, the first maintenance and inspection should be conducted within 6 months after use. Then, at least one maintenance and inspection should be carried out annually. In harsh installation conditions, the frequency of maintenance and inspections should be increased.
1) If the maintenance and inspection project fails, please remove the dust.
2) Please check if the electrical contact parts are deformed and damaged, and remove the surface.
3) And the metal particles and coking around it. Rust, acidification and dust on the contact surface may cause poor contact. Therefore, please perform some manual operations and measure the necessary contact resistance.
4) If the ATS is damp or left unused for a long time, please dry it before turning on the power. After removing the dust, use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of the normal power and AC power. The insulation resistance of the load side and both poles, including the insulation resistance, should not be less than 10MQ when using live components and metal plates.
Amphetamine stimulants should be stored in the same environment as normal working conditions, and dust-proof, moisture-proof and anti collision measures should be taken.
