PC isolation type Dual Power Automatic Transfer Switch
The YSQ3-40 series products belong to PC-class isolation dual power transfer switches, which are mainly used in AC 50Hz/60Hz, rated voltage of 400V and below, and rated working current of 1250A two neutral point grounded power systems. They are used for power transfer between the two power sources when one power source is abnormal to ensure the reliability and safety of power supply.
This automatic transfer switch has the positions of "normal closing", "standby closing" and "both off". It is widely applied in the automatic transfer of normal power and standby power in the power supply system, or the automatic transfer and safety isolation of two load devices, etc.
The control part adopts a metal shell, and the switch part adopts a shell made of glass fiber unsaturated polyester resin, which has strong dielectric properties and reliable operational safety. It has strong anti-interference ability, complete functions, high level automation,convenient for installation, safe and reliable, and can meet the needs of customers in different occasions.
The product complies with the standard of GB/T14048.11 《Low Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear - Part 6-1: Multi-functional Switchgear for Switching Electrical Appliances》.

Precautions for the Use of the Product
1) This device product can only be installed, debugged and maintained by professionals.
2) Before installation, commissioning and maintenance, the two power supplies of this device must be cut off.
3) The power must be confirmed to be disconnected by using a voltmeter for inspection.
4) The device must be reliably grounded as required.
5) Before the device is powered on, the cabinet door and the arc extinguishing cover (sheet) should be reset.
6) Improper operation may lead to electric shock, burns or explosion.

Working conditions
1. The ranges of ambient air temperature: from -5℃ to +40℃, and the 24-hours average temperature value does not exceed +35℃.
2. Atmospheric humidity: When the maximum temperature is +40℃, the relative humidity shall not exceed 50%, the maximum monthly relative humidity is 90%, and a higher relative humidity can be allowed at lower temperatures. Special measures should be taken for condensation occasionally caused by temperature changes.
3. Installation height: The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000 meters.
4. Pollution level: The environmental pollution level of the installation site is at level 3.
5. Usage category: The usage category is AC-33iB.
6. Electromagnetic environment: Applicable to Environment A. Using this product in Environment B will generate harmful electromagnetic interference. In this case, users need to take appropriate protective measures.

Transportation and storage conditions
The products shall not be exposed to rain or snow during transportation.
The storage environment temperature should be within the range of -25℃ to +55℃, the relative humidity should not exceed 95% (at 25℃).

Use and Maintenance
1) The rated operating voltage of this product: AC 230V  50/60Hz
2) When wiring the product, the incoming line marking should be strictly followed. For three-pole products, the neutral line should be connected to the neutral terminal. The wiring for fire protection linkage and power generation control should be carried out according to the actual situation. Finally, it should be confirmed that the product is grounded properly.
3) During the use of the product, general inspections should be conducted regularly. Check whether the product operates normally by manually or automatically converting the power once. Regular maintenance should be carried out, dust removed, and the insulation performance of the product maintained.
